On October 10, 2021, The Xcellence Inc Organization held the Tommy Ford Legacy-A-Thon Awards in honor of the beloved "Martin" television sitcom actor Tommy Ford. The event, founded by Dr. Angella Banks. was held in Atlanta at the Buckhead Art and Company. Co-hosted by The Rickey Smiley Morning Show's Personality Gary Hayes, better known as Gary With The Tea, the night's honorees were Humanitarian and Poet Laureate Hank Stewart, Legendary Soul singer Tony Terry and Comedian Rodney Perry.
